According to The Union of Concerned Scientists, more than 480,000 solar systems had been installed in various US households alone as of late 2014. These systems added up 13,400 Megawatts – enough to power some 2.4 million households.
Now – that is the US alone.
In the developing world (where I currently reside), power is still a luxury and it is quite normal to tackle day to day activities for weeks without as much as a ‘flash’ of power from the national grid.
This unique bits of information and data I just shared in the preceding two paragraphs inspired a thought: why not go solar?
Needing power for at least 18 hours everyday and basically getting nothing from the public power sources for most of the time/days, I had no option than to look up to alternative energy, especially solar, since my country of domicile gets a decent amount of sun almost all year round.
After going solar – completely, it was only natural to see how I could help other renewable energy businesses, particularly solar businesses take their alternative energy message to the right persons/clients that were – and remain in dire need of clean, renewable, cost efficient energy.
Now, here I am: a professional alternative energy freelance copywriter with a strong bias to solar energy.
If you have a solar business or run an alternative energy company, let’s talk, I’m very certain I will help you connect with your ideal clients/customers in no time…clients who need just what you are offering: cost efficient, clean and renewable energy.
If you are just looking around, why note take a stroll and read some of the articles on The Solar Energy Blog?
